One Day Retreats
The word zazenkai comes from Japanese language and literally means ”gathering together for meditation”. It refers to an intensive day of practice, which in our sangha includes several periods of meditation, a Dharma exposition (teisho), individual talks (daisan/dokusan) and a heart circle.
The last evening zazen before the summer break will take place on 21.7.
After the summer break we will start with a Zazenkai on 31.8.
